Benjamin Moore® Floor & Patio Latex Enamel provides long-lasting, rugged protection for residential and commercial floors. Formulated as an epoxy-modified (Low Sheen) or urethane-modified (High Gloss) acrylic coating, it glides on smoothly to create a tough, uniform barrier that strongly resists marring, scratching, and frequent washing.
