H&C® Concrete & Masonry Waterproofing Sealer provides an efficient, long-lasting solution for preserving exterior stone, brick, and concrete without changing building aesthetics. Standard topical sealers leave behind a shiny plastic film that eventually cracks, ambers, or peels. This advanced penetrating compound moves deep inside mineral capillaries, coating pore paths with a durable water-beading shield. This stops driving rain from saturating the masonry core, completely halting frost cracking, freeze-thaw spalling, and white efflorescence salt stains.
