Technical Specifications & Mixing Instructions:

• Coating Type: Two-Component 100% Solids Epoxy (Interior Floors Only)
• Mixing Ratio: 2:1 by volume for ready-mix colors | 1.66:1 for clear kits (Components are premeasured)
• Mixing Protocol: Mix Part A and Part B separately first, combine them, and power-mix with a drill paddle attachment at low speed for 3-5 minutes. Do not mix partial kits.
• Application Method: Must be applied immediately after mixing by pouring the material onto the floor in ribbons. Spread evenly using a notched squeegee and immediately back-roll. Do not work out of a standard paint pail.
• Cleanup Solvent: Specialized industrial epoxy cleaning solvents or xylene.
• Dry to Touch: 6 hours | Time Before Recoating: 12 to 24 hours (maximum 24-hour window)
• Return to Traffic: Light industrial traffic after 24 hours; moderate/heavy industrial use after 72 hours.
