Benjamin Moore® High Performance Alkyd Urethane Enamel Gloss (HP2200) is a versatile, single-component maintenance coating built for demanding environments. Fortified with a high-performance urethane modifier, it creates a heavy-duty defensive barrier that guards structural steel, machinery, and equipment against harsh atmospheric corrosion, physical impacts, and UV degradation.

• Industrial machinery, heavy equipment, and storage tanks
• Commercial and residential metal doors, lockers, and metal cabinets
• Exterior metal fences, piping, structural steel, and railings
• Marine environments (limited to areas strictly above the water line)
• New or previously painted wood and concrete floors subjected to foot traffic

• Resin Base Type: Urethane-Modified Alkyd (Solvent-Borne/Oil-Based)
• Tool Cleanup: Mineral Spirits or HP7010 Thinner (Do not thin product before use)
• Dry to Touch: 2 hours at 77°F (25°C) and 50% relative humidity
• Time Before Recoating: 12 hours (expect extended windows in colder or humid conditions)
• Theoretical Coverage: 350 to 450 sq. ft. per gallon depending on surface texture
• Viscosity & Weight: 84 ± 4 KU | 9.4 lbs. per gallon
• Application Conditions: Air and surface temperatures must be between 45°F and 100°F
