Benjamin Moore® High Performance Concrete and Metal Epoxy Primer (HP1550) provides an impenetrable, chemical-crosslinked foundation for surfaces subjected to severe industrial conditions. Because it possesses pure solids density with a water-like wetting ability, it seals micro-cavities in aged concrete floors and locks down fine rust scale, ensuring subsequent heavy floor epoxies adhere flawlessly.

Best Used For:

• Interior shot-blasted, ground, or porous bare concrete floors and ramps
• Hand-tool cleaned structural steel columns, pipes, and machinery showing minor rust
• Secondary containment basins, wastewater treatment vaults, and block masonry walls
• Isolation barrier layer when applying heavy-duty modern epoxies over existing old paints
