Description
Rapid-Curing Two-Part Epoxy for Minimal Facility Downtime
Benjamin Moore® High Performance Fast-Cure Polyamide Epoxy Satin (HP4100) is a master-grade commercial coating designed for environments where long curing delays mean lost revenue. By engineering a fast-acting cross-linking matrix, this solvent-borne system builds a tough, defensive barrier that matches the extreme resilience of standard epoxies while getting your facility back in service overnight.
Best Used For:
• High-traffic commercial garages, warehouse floors, and loading docks
• Manufacturing plants, chemical processing facilities, and laboratories
• Hospital corridors, school locker rooms, and public utility stations
• Structural steel, industrial piping, and metal machinery in aggressive environments
• Interior concrete floors and heavy-use architectural woodwork or masonry walls
Key Benefits & Features:
• Accelerated Return to Service: Greatly reduces project schedules with a rapid 4-to-6 hour recoat window, enabling a complete two-coat system to be applied in a single day.
• Low-Glare Satin Luster: Provides a smooth, uniform satin sheen that effectively diffuses bright overhead facility lighting and expertly hides minor surface scratches or concrete flaws.
• Severe Abrasion & Traffic Defense: Powerfully resists the hard friction of heavy foot traffic, continuous pallet jacks, and heavy rolling vehicular tires.
• Broad-Spectrum Chemical Barrier: Remains completely unaffected by prolonged exposure to standard industrial detergents, lubricants, petroleum products, cutting oils, and diluted chemical splatters.
