Technical Specifications & Mixing Instructions:

• Coating Type: Two-Component Polyamide Epoxy (Solvent-Borne)
• Mixing Ratio: Must be mixed 1:1 by volume (1 part HP4000 Series Base to 1 part HP4000-88 Catalyst)
• Induction Time: Mixed material must stand for 30 minutes at 77°F before applying
• Pot Life: 8 hours maximum after mixing (do not mix more than you can use in one shift)
• Cleanup Solvent: Xylene or high-strength epoxy thinners (Do not use water or mineral spirits)
• Dry to Touch: 2 hours | Time Before Recoating: 12 to 24 hours
• Full Mechanical & Chemical Cure: 7 days
