BEHR PREMIUM® Concrete & Masonry Bonding Primer is a specialized architectural base coat designed to solve deep coating adhesion issues on porous mineral surfaces. Standard floor paints applied directly to bare concrete often flake off due to internal alkaline changes and moisture tracking. This primer utilizes advanced Silicate Fusing chemistry to penetrate deeply into concrete pores, chemically anchor to the mineral core, and establish a uniform plane that prevents topcoats from peeling under heavy traffic or hot tires.
