Benjamin Moore® High Performance Universal Metal Primer (HP1320) represents the commercial standard for iron and steel preservation. Its robust oil-based alkyd matrix tightly cross-links over clean or hand-tool prepared ferrous metals, sealing out moisture and atmospheric salts to prevent structural degradation while creating a tenacious anchor bridge for premium enamels.
